Admissions
A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- is payable at the time of registration
for a child to any standard . The amount should be paid by "Bank Draft" favouring
Principal, Delhi Scottish School" payable at Noida/Greater Noida. The application
will receive a registration number which should be quoted in all future correspondence
regarding admission of the child. |

Applicant selected for admission will be required to confirm acceptance
of the seat as per the date given, failing which, the seat offered is liable to
be forfeited. Admission will depend on the availability of seats for the Academic
Year. The class strength normally will not exceed 20 students in Classes NURSERY
to V and 30 students in Classes VI XII.

The pre-admission formalities include sale of prospectus, student registrations,
results for written and oral tests, fee receipts, obtaining information on various
aspects of the school. Parent's interview also forms a integral part of pre-admission
technique.

The first school term shall begin by April from working day with classes NURSERY
to VI. Subsequently, one class shall be added to the school every year up to XII.
Admission shall be decided on the basis of test in English, Mathematics and Hindi
followed by a personal interview.

An application for registration will be the first step for admission process. Registration
is in no way a guarantee to admission.

General Information |
|
Students are required to attend punctually and regularly throughout the term except
in the event of illness. No student will be absent from school without prior permission
from the Principal.

The school shall close from the end of April/ 1st week of May to the end of June
and from 3rd week of December to the 1st week of January. There will be a weeks'
mid-term break in October/November.
|

|
|
One time payment has to made towards meeting out expenses, for excursion, out door
activities, pocket money etc. minimum balance of Rs.2000/- has to be maintained
in this Imprest Account
